We toured the site last week and there is much progress afoot! All of the rough framing is in and the doors and windows are being installed, allowing visitors to really start to get a feel for the layout and size of the rooms in each property. The team has also begun rough plumbing, and installed a temporary staircase where the permanent stairs will be (allowing for an easier ascent to the upper levels from the original ladder that was in place). We also had a chance to gaze down the newly framed elevator shaft, which will allow residents to effortlessly travel between the main & upper level floors.
The views remain just as spectacular as ever, especially with the summer weather upon us. The property is ready for private hard hat tours/showings, so please contact our listing agents John or Debby to schedule an appointment.
