Here in Boulder we are feeling the outside temps drop, marking a shifting of the seasons toward winter. However, things are heating up here at our project as the installation of finishes has begun! This is always an exciting phase of construction, as we are really starting to see things take shape. The insulation and drywall are now completely installed, showing off the gorgeous 9′ ceilings and clean interior lines. The 60″ Heat + Glo Primo living room fireplaces are now in place. Our team has been installing the clear vertical cedar wood exterior siding and black metal clad accent panels this week, giving some beautiful curb appeal to passers-by. Next on deck is the bathroom tiling: Perpetuo infinite floor and wall tile in the primary bathrooms, and Calacatta marble bathroom tile in the secondary bathrooms; as well as 6″ white oak hardwood flooring. Walking through these living rooms while bathed in the afternoon sun of tall windows and west-facing sliding doors, we really get a sense of the beauty of the natural surroundings and the inspiring design of these residences!
