Last week was an exciting one for our property, as we planted 7 beautiful, mature blue spruce trees along the south & west perimeter of the lot. Aren’t they gorgeous?? Indigenous to Colorado, blue spruce trees thrive in our climate and will continue to grow and provide privacy and shade to our future residents. We’ll be installing an irrigation system in the coming weeks to keep them properly hydrated, but for now the hose is staying on them all day long to ensure that they can become properly established.
We are entering the exciting phase of this project, as potential buyers and passers-by can really see this development start to take shape as beautiful future homes. Insulation is being installed throughout the building, and then on to drywall assembly. Onward!
