We have officially launched units A & B on the MLS, and our project site is ready for private tours. We recently hosted a fun broker event at the milehimodern offices, where we were able to present the project details to a group of Boulder’s top brokers. Agents are excited about the design and location, and the elevators in particular are drawing a lot of interest from buyers who are craving more convenience from vertical floor plans. We look forward to having potential buyers visit the site to get a first-hand view of what is to come!
